Apparel is printed to order through trusted USA suppliers, and every art & jewelry piece is designed and handmade by me — here's what that means for your order, your timeline, and your options throughout the process.
Ordering, Changes & Cancellations
Every apparel item in this shop is made to order, with the help of USA-based suppliers. Most art is made by the artist - custom by hand. That keeps things fresh and personal, but it also means production starts quickly — so there's only a short window to make changes.
WINDOW
Need to change a size, color, or cancel? Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once that window closes, production has already begun and we won't be able to edit the original order.
Before checking out, please take a moment to double check:
- Shipping address is complete and correct
- Color, style, and quantity are exactly what you want
- Sizing has been confirmed against the size chart, for apparel orders
Apparel
All Apparel is made to order. — Once purchased, your order gets reviewed by us, then sent to our print provider for production. For this reason, we're not able to accept returns and exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
Sizing should be selected using the size chart for each listing. If you're stuck between two sizes, it's generally better to size up.

Art & Jewelry
Resin art, signs, 3D prints and jewelry pieces are handmade by me. Because of that, slight imperfections are possible — I do my best to make every piece one I'd be proud to send, but handmade means each item is a little different. Small, natural variations are to be expected and are not a valid reason for return.
POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted with limitations within 30 days, in new, unused condition. Custom items are not eligible for return due to the one of a kind nature of the product. All returns or exchanges need to be approved prior to the item being shipped back. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of major defects.
Earrings and other jewelry are generally made with hypoallergenic materials, though this can't be guaranteed for every wearer, and we're not able to accept a return or exchange on the basis of a reaction alone. If you have known metal sensitivities, please keep this in mind before ordering.
Resin Care
Resin pieces are cured to help them hold up over time, but a little care goes a long way in keeping them looking their best:
- Keep away from high heat — resin can soften and become flexible when exposed to it
- If a piece ever needs to cool or reset, let it lie flat so the shape stays smooth and even
- UV-resistant resin is used, but extended direct sunlight can still cause slight shifts in color over time

Colors are shown as accurately as possible, but may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen you're viewing them on.
Shipping & Delivery
Preparation and shipping timeframes are kept as short as possible, but they're estimates rather than guarantees. If you need faster turnaround on an art or jewelry piece, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm it's possible.
Delivery timing depends on the carrier, and any delays once a package ships are outside of our control. We're not able to offer a return or refund if a package doesn't arrive by a personal deadline (an event, a gift date, etc.) — if timing is tight, please order with plenty of buffer.
